Flagship report
A monthly or quarterly bound pack that turns CDS extracts and broker files into charts of duty, origin, commodity groups, and exception lines a finance lead can actually sit with.
Most finance teams in a trading company see customs only as a line on a purchase ledger or a broker invoice. The declarations themselves — commodity codes, procedure codes, origin statements, the split between duty and import VAT — sit in someone else’s system. The reporting pack exists so those figures can be read in a room that is not a freight office.
We start from the files you already have. That might be a CDS extract, a forwarder’s spreadsheet, or a monthly dump from a community system. We do not ask you to re-key the year. We map what is present, we leave gaps visible, and we draw only the views that the period can support.
The pack is a document, not a login. You can file it with the statutory accounts working papers, send two pages to a non-executive, or walk a new operations hire through last quarter’s lanes. If a line looks wrong, the exception list is where we put it — with the declaration reference you supplied, not a vague warning.
After the first cycle, the chart set stays stable unless you change legal entity, broker, or the schemes you claim. That stability is the point: a March pack should be comparable with February without a redesign.
UK importers and exporters with a regular declaration volume who need the board, finance, or an auditor to see what was actually lodged — without sitting in a broker portal.
A dated reporting pack (PDF plus annotated tables) covering duty paid, postponed import VAT, commodity mix, supplier and country of dispatch, and a short exception list of lines that look incomplete or inconsistent.
One legal entity and one EORI per pack, using the client’s CDS extracts, freight-forwarder files, or broker exports for a named period. Extra entities are quoted separately.

First pack typically three weeks from a usable extract. Later packs: ten working days after month (or quarter) close, provided files arrive within five working days of that close.
Remote work from 98 Withers Close, Allerton, with optional in-person review by appointment. Packs are issued by email; printed sets on request.
A recent CDS or broker export, your EORI, a short list of preferred origin schemes you claim, and the name of the person who will take the review call.
We report what the files contain. We cannot invent missing supplementary declarations, and we will not “smooth” duty figures to match a management account without a written instruction and a footnote.
From £1,850 per reporting month for a single entity of modest volume (indicative: up to about 400 declaration lines). Quarters and multi-entity groups are quoted after we see a sample extract.
Send a sample month via the contact page. We reply with whether the files are usable and a firm figure for the first pack. Write from the contact page or see how we quote.
