Refunds and cancellation
These rules apply to the reporting work described on this site. They do not describe goods by post, software seats, or courses, because we do not sell those.
Eligibility
Fees are for professional time spent on a named period and entity. A refund is due where we have not started reading your files and you cancel in writing, or where we agree we cannot produce a usable pack from the extract and no substitute period is instructed.
Timeframe
Ask for a refund or cancellation by email to hello@system-fieldpoint.click as soon as you know the instruction should stop. We confirm within five working days what has already been drawn.
Full refund
If you cancel before we have opened the extract (or before a briefing date is reserved), deposits are returned in full. If we decline the work because the files cannot support any honest chart, the deposit is returned in full.
Partial refund
If a field map or draft pack has been started, we invoice time already spent against the quoted fee and refund the remainder of any deposit. A completed pack or completed findings note is charged in full.
Non-refundable items
Issued PDFs, printed sets already produced at your request, and briefing sessions that have taken place are not refundable. Travel booked with your written agreement for an on-site briefing is not refundable once ticketed, unless the carrier refunds us.
Process
Write to hello@system-fieldpoint.click with the entity name, the period, and the invoice number. We reply with the split between work done and work not done.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are paid within 14 days by the same method as the original payment where we can, otherwise by UK bank transfer.

Cancellation and rescheduling
Monthly packs: cancel with ten working days’ notice before the next period close; the current period is finished and billed if already in draft. Briefings: reschedule once at no charge with three working days’ notice. Later changes may be billed as a new briefing if the papers have already been prepared.
Deposits
The 40% deposit on first packs and reviews secures a place in the diary. It is applied to the final invoice or refunded under the rules above.
No-shows
If nobody attends a booked briefing and we were not told, the briefing fee is charged. We will still send the one-page totals we had prepared.
Work already started and materials
Once we have mapped fields or begun a sample, that time is payable. We do not purchase goods on your behalf. Any printing we order at your request is payable even if you later cancel the remaining drawings.
Exceptions
If illness or a host outage stops a video briefing, we reschedule without a second fee. Statutory rights under United Kingdom consumer law remain where you instruct us as a consumer; most instructions are from companies.
