Cookies
This page describes the cookies that may run on system-fieldpoint.click. It is the companion to our privacy notice. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not stop you reading reports, sending a note, or opening a pack brief.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. Some are needed for a choice you make on the site to persist. Others help a publisher understand which pages are opened. You can accept or reject the non-essential group from the banner on your first visit.
Types we use
Essential. We store your banner choice so we do not ask on every page load. The site’s pages, forms, and documents remain available if you reject analytics.
Analytics. Only if you accept. These help us see which briefs and field notes are read, in aggregate. They are not required to request a reporting pack.
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| systemFieldpoint_cookieConsent | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected non-essential cookies | Until you clear local storage or we change the key | System Fieldpoint (this site) |
| _sf_analytics (if accepted) | Records page path in aggregate so we know which notes are read | 13 months | System Fieldpoint, via the host’s analytics if enabled after accept |
How to manage or disable cookies
Use Accept or Reject on the banner. You can also clear stored data in your browser settings, or use the browser’s controls to block cookies for this host. After clearing, the banner will appear again.
Third-party cookies
Pages may load typefaces from Google Fonts. That request can allow Google to see your IP address. Embedded photographs are requested from the image host named in the image address. We do not place marketing pixels from social networks on this site.
If you disable cookies
The reporting pages, fees, field notes, and contact form continue to work. You may see the banner again. We will not have an analytics picture of your visit. Essential operation of the mock form post does not depend on analytics cookies.
